On my five favourite songs of the now

I’m not having the best week.  I’ve been very congested, making sleeping difficult (I’ve been catching a few hours upright in an arm chair the past few nights) and between writing this every day, my course, my household duties, and preparing for the dinner party I’m having tomorrow, I’m just a little drained.  This has all been exacerbated by the fact that three of my five guests cancelled on me this evening after I had bought all the groceries and prepared a large portion of the party food.  This means it’s time for an easier post.  Since I am viewing this a bit as a time capsule for my life in 2013, I may as well list my five favourite songs of right now.  In no particular order of course.

Haim – The Wire

CHVRCHES – The Mother We Share

Best Coast – I Don’t Know How

The Arade Fire – Here Comes the Night Time

Bastille – Pompeii
